Freddy's Cheesecake (Prison Style)
Equipment
- 1 bowl or pan
Ingredients
- 8 honey buns
- 10 cream cheese packs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 pack duplex cookies (vanilla/chocolate sandwich cookies)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Scrape the cream from the cookies and blend it into the cream cheese.
- Add lemon juice and mix until there are no chunks.
- Crush the cookie shells into dust.
- Break up honey buns and mix them with the cookie dust.
- Pack the mixture tightly into your pan or bowl to form a crust.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese icing on top.
- Let it sit in a cooler or fridge to firm up.
- Slice and enjoy, then share with your people!
