Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces. Flour chicken pieces in a separate plate with flour. Fry chicken pieces in a skillet or frying pan at medium heat until golden brown.
Place fried chicken pieces in a large pot. Add four cups of water. Cook at medium heat on burner on stove.
Cut noodles in half. Fry noodle halves in a skillet or frying pan at medium heat until golden brown. Add fried noodles to large pot.
Add bean sprouts to large pot.
Add snow peas to large pot.
Add water chestnuts to large pot.
Add bamboo shoots to large pot.
Slice ginger root into small slices and add to large pot. (Too much ginger root will spoil the taste.)
Add 3 cups of water to the large pot. Stir with a long-handled spoon.
Simmer 40 minutes at medium heat.
