In a large bowl, pour rice.
Add seasoning, fried garlic and olive oil. Stir well.
Microwave on high for 2-minute intervals. Stirring rice in between.
Continue to fry rice until it's golden-brown. You should smell the garlic.
Add Velveeta cheese and the honey. Pour V-8 juice on rice (beware of the steam). Stir well.
Allow to sit for several minutes.
Microwave meat log till browned.
Dice the bell pepper and half of the onion.
Add the pickle, onion and bell pepper to rice. Stir well.
Separate rice into two bowls. Add meat log and salmon.
Drizzle sauce over rice and meat and salmon. Salt and pepper to taste. Done!
