Jasper's Caramel Banana Pudding Pie
Jasper | Valley State Prison
Banana pudding was a staple in my home and the moment I saw vanilla wafers in our package book I knew exactly what to make. The caramel twist is my own because I love caramel everything. 😋
2 large round bowls
1 resealable plastic bag
- 1 lb crushed vanilla wafers
- 15 oz powdered Caramel Latte Coffee Mate creamer
- 2 cups honey-roasted granola
- 10 oz box Milk Duds
- 1 oz whole milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Divide the crushed vanilla wafers evenly between the two bowls. Add one-quarter of the granola to each bowl (reserve the rest for topping) and stir to combine.
Place the powdered creamer and banana slices in the plastic bag. Seal and knead until the bananas dissolve and the mixture becomes a smooth creamy filling.
Combine the Milk Duds and whole milk in a microwave-safe cup. Microwave for 30–45 seconds, then stir until melted into a caramel chocolate syrup.
Pour half of the syrup over each bowl, coating the wafer-granola base.
Spoon equal amounts of the banana caramel filling into each bowl. Sprinkle the remaining granola on top.
Let the pies cool and set, then slice and enjoy.
