Jasper's Caramel Banana Pudding Pie

Jasper | Valley State Prison
Banana pudding was a staple in my home and the moment I saw vanilla wafers in our package book I knew exactly what to make. The caramel twist is my own because I love caramel everything. ๐Ÿ˜‹
Servings 2 pies

Equipment

  • 2 large round bowls
  • 1 resealable plastic bag

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crushed vanilla wafers
  • 15 oz powdered Caramel Latte Coffee Mate creamer
  • 2 cups honey-roasted granola
  • 10 oz box Milk Duds
  • 1 oz whole milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  • Divide the crushed vanilla wafers evenly between the two bowls. Add one-quarter of the granola to each bowl (reserve the rest for topping) and stir to combine.
  • Place the powdered creamer and banana slices in the plastic bag. Seal and knead until the bananas dissolve and the mixture becomes a smooth creamy filling.
  • Combine the Milk Duds and whole milk in a microwave-safe cup. Microwave for 30โ€“45 seconds, then stir until melted into a caramel chocolate syrup.
  • Pour half of the syrup over each bowl, coating the wafer-granola base.
  • Spoon equal amounts of the banana caramel filling into each bowl. Sprinkle the remaining granola on top.
  • Let the pies cool and set, then slice and enjoy.
