Cut the honey bun into 4 strips and set aside.
Chop all the chocolate bars into small pieces. Add milk and microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Pop the kettle corn and mix it with the caramel corn in a clean plastic bag.
Place ¼ cup of the popcorn mixture in the center of a 10x10 inch sheet of wax paper.
Place 1 strip of the honey bun on top and press it down gently.
Add 1 capful of the popcorn mixture on top of the honey bun.
Pour melted chocolate over everything, covering it completely.
Fold the edges of the wax paper over and press down to form the brick shape.
Let it sit until the chocolate hardens.
Repeat the process 3 more times to make a total of 4 bricks.
