I always thought I was going to do 20 years in the Marine Corps. You couldn’t convince me otherwise. It wasn’t until I left the military, because of the changes I faced when I realized plans change. God knew why I needed to come to prison. I found my passion here. I graduated from the culinary program offered through the Culinary Institute of the Pacific Islands. Here, I found my new passion. I found myself. One day, I will open my own bakery with a bookstore attached. Pendejadas will be a dream come true, one that grew from the pendejadas of my past. I will make it back to Houston, Texas. Be sure to visit my bakery once it opens. We all can make our dreams come true.
