To enter this realm requires certainty in faith and belief, anchored in His promised word.

As I sit in deep, questioning contemplation, I am not pondering the legitimacy of creation itself, but rather my specific connection within it. I fully recognize that if there is a beginning, there must also be an end, and the journey in between leads us to the destiny of that end. As I continue to reflect on the meaning of creative energy, I come to understand it as the ultimate force that dwells within the essence of humanity, guiding us through the unknown, towards a paradise yet to be fully realized. To enter this realm requires certainty in faith and belief, anchored in His promised word.

These stories arrive by mail.

Every month, a physical envelope arrives at your door, postmarked from San Quentin Village, California. Inside, you will find original artwork, writing, and recipes from real contributors, along with a personal letter from me, Diane Kahn, founder of Humans of San Quentin, about the people who made them. You read it. You keep it.

Every piece comes from someone serving a sentence. Every piece reminds you they are so much more than that.
