I just want to take a moment to thank you for providing a platform to showcase my creative writing and for the incredible work you’re doing to shed light on the lives of incarcerated men and women. When I received the packet, I was excited—but after reading everything, I cried. Seeing my gift shared with the world was an overwhelming and amazing feeling. It brought a sense of fulfillment to know that all the hard work—those long nights and heavy days—had finally become my story.
