My Godson is a puppy. A childhood friend asked me to baptize his son when I get out of prison.

It would be an honor. I thought I will lift him up with my arms to bless him. Loving him as my own son and giving godly advice that would be a great help in life. When he is distressed I could pray over him and give comfort and I will take him to church on Sundays.

But I told my friend that I have a Godson already.
He paused. “Yes, his name is Neo…and he is a four month old lab mix. And I love that puppy like he is my son.” I said with a slight grin. He told me, “You have a big heart and this is exactly why I want you to be the Godfather of my son.”
