Black Lives Matter
Us black people matter.
Our souls are strong and creative. We are very good at what we do and we have a purpose to everything. Us black people’s voices are very strong and powerful. Our culture stands out more than others.
We are a target in society today in this world. So that means us black people need to stick together as a whole in the name of God. We cannot let the pollution of this world destroy our culture and kill our lives. God is real and he cares for our souls.
You guys see what is going on in the world? Look what happened with Trayvon Martin, or what about George Floyd? We need justice. And we need to be careful in this world.
So can we please stop the hate and violence against one another? We live in a very corrupt and racist world. Our lives matter, our culture matters and we deserve to live on this earth. The devil is a lie, so let’s stay focused my black brothers and sisters. If we go through trials and tribulations just know that we are strong and that God loves us and knows wassup.
I have a strong love for the black culture. I am a black man that understands us. And I get what we are truly going through.
I am not racist myself, I have plenty of family and friends that come from different races. But my culture as being black has a purpose in this life and we deserve to be on this earth. I will always stand ten toes down for the black culture!!
No matter where you are in life, whether it be in prison or out there in the world. Eyes are always watching and ears are always listening! You are never alone! Black lives matter!!
A little about me
I am a black man who is chasing his dreams and pursuing his goals. I am 30 years old. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, but I grew up in a small town in Ohio called Canal Fulton. All my life I have always been a person to love and always looked up to me. My goal is to help make the next person the best in what they do. When everyone is on the same page and enjoying what they do, I feel accomplished. God is a good God and a powerful God. Not everyone is going to accomplish their goals or whatever they do in a quick manner or as fast as we want them to, so we always have to be patient with them. Being a leader is stressful at times. But God always makes a way for the situation I am dealing with into a positive outcome at the end of the day. And I am also thinking that maybe one day I might be a basketball coach. A lot of my characteristics come with a person who is good at coaching the game of basketball. When I was a child growing up in Ohio I was given a gift of being more mature than others and having a higher mature level than my age group. I was very intelligent (I still am lol) and I always found a way to meet my high standards. I grew up with a mentality of wanting to be a billionaire and a hard working man. I will always chase my dreams and achieve my goals.
Right now I am incarcerated in prison in the state of Illinois. When I moved out to Illinois I specifically did not have a plan. It was a very quick and unprepared moving process. At the time I was just ready to get away from Ohio and I wanted to start a new journey with my life. Things in my life were not working out for me back home in Ohio. But since I did not actually have a plan when I moved out here to Illinois, I had gotten caught up in the mix. I ended up landing myself in prison. I was sentenced to prison to serve eight years at 85% into the Illinois Department of Corrections. So I have to serve a total of six years in prison. Now on the positive side I do get out of prison next year. I will be moving back home to Ohio next year when I get out of prison. My out date is 8-13-2027. Sometimes life gets hard and is not fair. But we have to stay focused and keep our heads up. Trouble does not always last. God is a good God and he is faithful.
But since I was a kid I have always loved sports. I love to play sports and I love to watch sports as well. I grew up a Cleveland Cavaliers fan. And I am still a Cavs fan still till this day. I have always been a LeBron James fan. LeBron James is my favorite NBA player. I am blessed to be able to watch LeBron and Bronny James play together on the same team. I am not a Lakers fan. But I do watch the Lakers because of them. Now I also love college sports as well. I am a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan. And my favorite women’s college basketball player is JuJu Watkins from the USC Trojans.
Now I do have a plan and goals for myself when I get out of prison. I graduated high school back in 2015 in Ohio. I will be attending college in Ohio when I get out of prison next year. I am also a believer in Christ. I keep myself productive with my time in prison. I attend church services every Sunday and I attend bible studies throughout the week. I have a passion to want to hear the word of God and also to want to share the word of God. I put God first in my life every day. I will be looking forward to finding a good church to go to. And I can’t wait to meet other believers.
God’s love is amazing and God will never give up on me.
