When your mind is heavy and your heart is homesick, dessert becomes more than just food, it becomes comfort, memory, and creation. This Valley State Cheddar Cheesecake is one of those recipes born from craving something real. We made it with what we had, poured our feelings into the mix, and let the flavor carry us somewhere sweeter. One bite and you’ll understand, it’s not just cheesecake, it’s healing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14.4 oz box Sunny’s Honey Cinnamon Graham Crackers
  • 3 3.5 oz Mrs. Freshley’s Glazed Honey Buns
  • 1 15 oz bottle McDaniels French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • 1 13 oz jar Nutella Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 pack Hunt’s Vanilla Snack Pack Pudding
  • 1 18 oz jar Reese Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 0.23 oz packet Kool-Aid Unsweetened Lemonade Powder

Instructions
 

  • Crush graham crackers and honey buns together in a bowl.
  • Add Nutella to the crushed mixture.
  • Mix until it forms a smooth, solid crust.
  • Press into a bowl or deep-dish pan and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix three packs of pudding, ½ teaspoon of lemonade Kool-Aid, french vanilla creamer, and a splash of water.
  • Stir thoroughly until everything blends together.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust and let it settle for at least one hour.
