Jerry, 54, currently incarcerated at San Quentin, recently called to share a heartfelt poem he wrote for his dear friend, Renee. The two became close during Renee’s time at San Quentin, where their friendship blossomed through mutual support and understanding. Jerry spoke openly about how he would often check on Renee, knowing they had a tendency to self-harm. His unwavering care and concern are a powerful reminder of the genuine connections and deep friendships that can form in the most unexpected places.
