Up in Flames
O’ California,
My heart goes out to thee.
So beautiful and strong
Where so many want to live.
Now you are being burned
by flames that hop and skip.
Causing your residents to run,
leaving everything to flee.
Million dollar homes
being turned into ashes.
While the dragon roars
the fire becomes more savage.
O’ California,
be of good cheer.
There are amazing heroes
that are there to help you heal.
Putting their lives on the line
to go against the inferno.
Trying to contain this dragon
before he spreads his wings and soars.
While going through these times
may your faith continue to stand.
Let America keep you in prayer
and God lend you His hand.
O’ California
together we will win.
