Tom's Taffy

The recipe for Tom’s Taffy actually came to me in a dream. I woke up, determined to make it a reality, and added a special touch, coconut milk powder. From that moment on, the rest was history. People always tell me, “The taffy is fine,” and it makes me laugh.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12oz Coffee Creamer
  • 1 2oz Pack Chaokoh Coconut Milk Powder
  • 6 Packets Tampico Mango Punch Packets
  • 5 tbsp Lemon Juice or Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix the coffee creamer, coconut milk powder, and Tampico mango punch together in a big bowl.
  • Mix the coffee creamer, coconut milk powder, and Tampico mango punch together in a big bowl.
  • Wear gloves, then knead the mixture with your hands until it forms a clump.
  • Roll and twist the mixture for about eight minutes.
  • Press it into the bowl to gather any remaining bits.
  • Twist the mixture until it becomes taffy, then cut it and enjoy! It makes a good amount.
