1. Donate
Every day we receive messages from people in prison who want to be heard. To keep sharing their stories we need your support. Your gift of any amount will help ensure no voice is left unheard.
2. Volunteer Your Time and Talents
Your talents will help us collect and share stories of incarcerated people to bring awareness and build connections. Your time with us whether in or out of our office near San Quentin is priceless.
3. Shop Our Amazon Wish List

4. Start a Facebook Fundraiser

5. Spread the Word

6. Connect Us to the People You Know
Have a friend with a podcast? Know a great justice-minded organization? Have a contact in the social justice/prison reform field we should interview? Have access to a prison? Our mission relies on our ability to collect stories shared by incarcerated people. Help us bring awareness and build connections by introducing us to the people you know.
7. Share Your Loved One’s Story
Have a friend or loved one who’s incarcerated? Send us their name, address and department of correction number to shine a light on their life. We’ll send them our introductory packet which includes the information they’ll need to work with us.
8. Become an Intern
Interested in criminal justice? We have in-person internships available in our San Rafael, California office where you will gain experience in all aspects of our humanitarian nonprofit organization. Visit our Intern Program page and send us your resume and cover letter to get involved!
