Recently, I had a conversation about my life with a new friend. I told him that I was incarcerated for something I did that I thought the whole world would agree with back in 1998. It was something noble, but still, it was wrong and against the law.
“I don’t have human love anymore,
but I keep love in my heart.”
So here I sit. I informed him that even after losing my wife in 2012, all of my children and family have turned their back on me. My faith in God is stronger than ever and keeps growing. With the Father on my side, I can face anything! And I know I’ll be free again! I don’t have human love anymore, but I keep love in my heart. God is giving me comfort! I led myself to prison, and nothing keeps me up at night; my trust and faith are 100% in God. Patience is the key, so I will hold on and stay strong.
