Memory of the Future

When it comes to life, I can close my eyes and remember how life was before I came to prison and my record held tarnish. Being human, I canโ€™t go back in time, so I spend my time planning and working toward making it better.

A future, not for the impression of my family or others not seen, but for myself, as I know better and want better for us, those without names, faces, and identities in our own minds. Lost to the illusions of our environmental or cultural beliefs. The visions we have for those like us, young and seeking in life unknown.

It is our choice to live our lives, but in the midst of reality as human beings, even on our flaws, we must step back from the negative influence and search our inner desires to drive our choices.

I wasnโ€™t impressed by the glitz, flash, and glories of the bad boy life. So many wonder what led me to stray the path to this cage.

The sense of belonging to a close knit family. In my days to the future near. It is what my vision brings. I would like to help create and build for all like me. A family.

Because we are inlaws by natures divinity.

Every she, he, they, and them. Together we are us.

United in solidarity.
